Low Country Boil In a Box

I have a lot of respect for people that can cook, I also respect people that have the guts to follow their passion.  A friend of mine Allen Clark fits into both categories and has followed his passion to start his own business called Low Country Boil in Box.  I have to say it is an intersting concept and if you enjoy a good Low Country Boil you definately need to stop by his website.  What is a Low Country Boil? I knew you might ask that...  from Allen's website the definition is this a Low Country Boil is a quick and hearty one-pot meal consisting of cob corn, red potatoes, kielbasa sausage and big ole shrimp,
