New School Year

It is hard to believe the summer is almost over and we are about to start another school year.  The kids have had the chance this summer to swim, go to camp, play sports and video games and many other activities but in addition to that they have continued to learn by reading and practicing math skills by playing math games.

Between them they have read many books and their vocabulary is improving and they are reading faster and faster.  They do a great job reading a variety of books and will continue to learn and improve their skills.

Another way that they have improved is by playing math games to improve their math skills.  My son needed to work on his multiplication skills this summer but he he mastered his addition and subtraction last year.  I am so proud of the work that he has done.
